EcoStiks patches are more than an eco-friendly patch alternative, they are a platform for change. Plastic use has come with severe environmental, social, economic and health consequences. It is estimated 1.3 billion plastic water bottles are used each day polluting our oceans and earth.

EcoStiks works as a collective to introduce greener solutions by bringing corporate partners, nonprofits and ambassadors together to create collaborative eco-change.

Ordering Process

This is the easy part! The contacts you share EcoStiks with will be given our website to order from immediately n text after scanning your QR code!

If they are a business and looking to wholesale, distribute or resell EcoStiks they will need to 1. Set up a a Wholesale account. www.ecostiks.com/wholesale-registration-form

Once they apply they will get and email and be able to log in and place an order at 30% discount.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I use my QR code?

Save it as a favorite photo in your phone for easy access. Pull it up and have the customer hover over it with their camera until it shows a bitly link to click on. Once they click the link the web form will pop up for them to fill out.

How do I know if my customer orders?

We will have a notification texted to you if you customer places an order.

What discounts can we offer customers?

Wholesale, resellers get 30% off if they set up a wholesale account with us. Retail customers can fill out the web pop up for for 10% off their first order. The more they order of one design the lower the per patch cost.

why is the lead time so long?

By today's standards the lead time for order fulfillment may seem long that said, our design team has to format the custom artwork to the patch with the proper bleed lines for optimal appearance. Then production has to prep the order as this is a fabric patch, not just a sticker. We are not creating disposable product, this is a quality, sustainable product designed for long term use, both dishwasher and washing machine safe so our attention to quality adds time we hope our customers appreciate. That said our pre-decorated patches can ship sooner as the design phase is already done and we can build inventory.

Why are EcoStiks so much more expensive that traditional stickers?

My customer is already an EcoStiks customer, do I still get credit for the order?

Ambassadors are incented to promote EcoStiks to new accounts to expand our footprint. You can get points if you can show you encouraged a reorder or had them order from a new campaign, but commission are only on their first order.

What is the return policy for EcoStiks?

Is there anything we can't print on an EcoStik?

The EcoStiks brand and organization is committed to serving the planet and our community health. As such we will not endorse hate speech, racism or discrimination and reserve the right to refuse orders based on our values of using EcoStiks as a platform for good.

What is the limit to custom sizes?

We can do almost any size and shape of EcoStik, that said the cost will increase as the size increases. If the customer has a unique request, contact [email protected] for support

Can I give samples to my customers?

We give every ambassador a free sample pack for showcasing EcoStiks, that said its up to the ambassador if they want to give some of these away. Beyond that more sample can be purchased on the website for $15 for 6 EcoStiks. As you generate orders you can use your points to purchase additional samples.

Here's how it works:

Now that you are part of our community, you should have received your custom QR code.

Have anyone interested in purchasing EcoStiks Patches, scan your QR code with their phone. It will pull up a link to a contact form. They need to fill out the form and submit. Once they do, they will get a text and an email with links to set up a Wholesale account or order from our website.
They will be logged in to our CRM system and tagged your lead. That way if they place an order it will be tracked to you!
You will have an option of a 5% cash commission on their first order up to 1000 Ecostiks for each new customer. Payouts will be quarterly
You will accumulate a point for every Patch sold and you can use your points for more samples, free products, or Eco friendly swag!
We will highlight our Ambassador of the month on Social and our newsletter.

Materials, Production & Supply Chain:

🌿 EcoStiks patches are woven into fabric using plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in landfills.

🌿 By partnering with Repreve®, the world's leading recycled fiber company, we're able to upcycle thousands of plastic bottles every year.

🌿 Each EcoStiks patch has an estimated quarter recycled water bottle.

🌿 We use eco-friendly inks, small batch printing processes and packaging.

🌿 We partner with manufacturers who meet our sustainability criteria, prioritizing local facitilities when possible, including made in th USA.

Application and Upcycling Multiplier- Reduce/Reuse/Recycle:

♻️ EcoStiks patches are themselves upcycled from plastic water bottles removing them form a landfill and the ocean.

♻️ EcoStiks can be used to re-brand, and upcycle old gear.

♻️ By mending clothing and gear with EcoStiks patches, you extend the life of your belongings.

♻️ Reusing the products you already own keeps items from the landfill longer and reduces the need to purchase new

Ordering Process

The easiest way to order EcoStiks Patches is off our website in the Shop section. There you can view designs and shapes and the preprinted patches we offer. If your contact has a business they can register for a Wholesale account. Once they do they just need to log in to the account, determine which EcoStiks they want, and upload their artwork right there.

● If your contact wants to contact us directly to ask questions or provide a custom quote, just email [email protected] and let us know. In order to do a quote we will need the following

○ Quantity of EcoStiks patches

○ Shape ○ Preferred Dimensions

○ Art File ○ Order Due Date

○ Additionally, if using a Purchase Order (PO), please attach and send us that document as well.

● If there is any issues with the artwork they will be contacted, otherwise they will receive an email when their order ships.

Changes to Orders EcoStiks cannot guarantee we will process your email request to change an order before it is printed and shipped. However, when possible, we will accommodate your request. Please ensure all order and design details are accurate before approving and confirming your order. For all change orders email [email protected].

Order Turnaround Time:

● Sample Pack orders: 6-7 business days

● Custom Sample orders: 3-5 business days

● 10K and under Custom Orders: 10-12 business days

● 10K+ Custom orders: 20-25 business days6

● All EcoStiks patches are small batch printed and may have slight variances. We may have longer lead times on larger quantity orders, but for an additional fee, we also offer expedited orders to meet your project's needs and timeline. Let us know in advance if there are specific time and shipping requirements

EcoStiks Backstory

Our Story

At EcoStiks, our journey began with a surprising twist. As Julie Schneiderman, our CEO and Founder, often says, "My greatest failure became my greatest success." In 2020, while developing our signature EcoStiks patches, Julie discovered that these patches could serve a far greater purpose than she had initially imagined – even becoming a platform to address climate change and her journey in becoming an accidental environmental advocate and entrepreneur.

How it all Began

With a deep love for surfing, creativity, self-expression, and the environment, EcoStiks patches were originally designed to stick to wetsuits, offering a fun way to customize gear. However, after countless trials with eco-friendly materials and adhesives, it seemed like the patches just wouldn’t stick to wetsuits as intended.

Julie was on the verge of giving up when something unexpected happened: the patches started sticking to everything "but" wetsuits –

surfboards, skateboards, snowboards, skis, hats, yoga mats, jackets, luggage
and more.

They held up beautifully!

Even better, the waterproof, durable, and eco-friendly fabric, made from recycled water bottles, provided unexpected versatility and utility.

To this day, we’re still discovering new applications for our patches!
